Digital content and your rights under EU law.

Last updated: 7 September 2026

Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the Digital Content Directive (2019/770), you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance of the digital content has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal as a consequence.

By proceeding with the purchase of our digital PDF guides and downloading or accessing the content, you acknowledge that you have read and accept our Terms of Service, and you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital content.

When We Offer Refunds

Because our products are digital PDFs and performance begins immediately upon download/access, you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of the performance, as set out in Article 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

However, we will provide a refund or a working copy of your guide if:

  • • The PDF file is corrupted or won't open
  • • The download link fails or times out
  • • You never receive your purchase confirmation email

If you experience any of these issues, please email support@qoriel.eu with your order details, and we'll sort it out for you—usually within a few hours.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or a working copy of your guide, please email support@qoriel.eu with the following information:

  • Your name and the email address used for the purchase
  • The name of the guide you purchased
  • A brief description of the issue you experienced

We typically respond to refund requests within 24 hours during business days.
