1. Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal
By proceeding with the purchase of our digital PDF guides and downloading or accessing the content, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these Terms of Service. You expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital content and acknowledge that by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Performance begins immediately upon payment confirmation and download/access.
2. Licensing
Each PDF guide is licensed for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the content with others. A business license is available upon request.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in EUR. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
4. Delivery
Download links are sent via email within minutes of payment confirmation. Links expire after 48 hours. If you experience delivery issues, contact us at support@qoriel.eu.
5. Refunds
Because our products are digital PDFs and performance begins immediately upon download/access, you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of the performance, as set out in Article 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Refunds are granted only when a guide is corrupted or fails to deliver. If you don't receive your download or the file is unreadable, email us at support@qoriel.eu and we'll send you a working copy or refund your payment.
6. EU ODR Platform
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You can use this platform to resolve disputes out-of-court concerning your online purchases.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our guides are provided "as is" for informational purposes. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the information contained within.
